Happy May Bank Holiday Sunshine

Happy National Scrapbooking Saturday!! Hi Everybody I thought that this beautiful scrapbooking page, that Cate did with a fun picture of Frejya, just about hit the nail on the head. Although there is a little bit of rain about at the moment, I have read the forecast and it is not going to last long. A small blip in what will otherwise be a stunning May Bank Holiday weekend. It is also, so I have been told this morning (foresight and planning is not my best feature!!), National Scrapbooking Saturday..........ooops, should have organised a crop. I will try harder for next year. In the meantime, we have got lots of beautiful goodies for Scrapping and we do have a lot that has been reduced - spring cleaning in readiness for NEW goodies! Now, this is not going to be a long newsletter, so I will kick on. The roadworks that have been affecting us for the past 6 weeks, have now finished along our road - hooray!! They are still messing about in Fir Tree Lane, so either come to us directly from the A4 or along the Turnpike. Remember: Today, being the first Saturday of the month, it is Promarker Club with Nicky This afternoon, 2'til 4pm! I think Nicky might be playing with a nautical theme (ahoy there, me 'earties!!) So bring your Promarkers/Flexmarkers and have some fun!! Next Saturday: 11th May, we will have Liz Black with us and she will be doing this: How do you fancy having something like this hanging in YOUR home and all crafted by your own sweet hand? Well, here is your chance! You can even pick your own colours to match your decor AND get the choice of two different times during the day. Saturday, 11th May 10 - 12.30 or 2 - 4.30 £25 per head all materials and refreshments included Booking is essential, we still have a few places left - but they are going fast! Full details of all these classes are in the Summer Workshop Brochure. Now, those of you that used to come to the shop when we were in the little unit, will remember that we used to put up the awning in the summer and have bargain bins!! Well, we are trying to do the same again - although the awning bit is not going quite to plan! But we have got lots of bargains!
