Decorated Wooden Block for Jet

This decorated wooden block  makes such a perfect gift.  

What's great about it, is that it can be decorated on both sides!

Lynn has painted all around the wooden block using Jo Sonja's paints and mediums together with napkins.

Here is a selection of Jo Sonja's paints that we have on display in the shop.

Lynn has used one of the Vintage Notes collection of stamps and stamped LOVE onto some patterned paper, cut it carefully out and adhered it to the wooden painted block.  She has used a Faber-Castell permanent pen to add detail around the lettering.

Lynn, has also stamped some detailed butterflies over the napkin using a Memento ink pad.

Even the top edge of the painted block has been stamped using the 

NEW Definitions acrylic stamp set by Kaisercraft. 

Lynn has brushed lightly some Gold Iridescent Jo Sonja's paint to give a shimmer to the project.

Now, this is a special project because it was made especially for Lynn's grand-daughter, Jet.  On the other side of the block she has personalised it using mini wooden letters which have been coloured individually.

I am sure Jet is going to love this gift!
